Sakari Haapala started in the management of SE Mäkinen Hanko branch
Haapala (Msc Tech) started in his new post on 1 July 2024. In his previous job in K-Auto’s SCM team, he gained valuable experience of the challenges and working environment of vehicle logistics. Previously, Haapala has held similar positions in the construction industry.
“After two years of cooperation, we know that Sakari will bring a wealth of expertise to the team in Hanko. His practical and involved approach combined with the logical thinking of an engineer is what the team in Hanko has been looking for,” says Operative Director Ari Penttinen.
“I also believe that Sakari will bring a new perspective to and understanding of customer needs," Penttinen continues.
“My goal has long been to work with my own team and organisation. When the opportunity at SE Mäkinen in Hanko came up, the decision for our whole family to relocate in the Hanko area was an easy one,” Haapala says.
