Beloved husband, father, long-time CEO and owner of the company, Tapio passed away early in the morning of 19 November 2023 following an illness.
Tapsa had a big heart, and the whole of the SE Mäkinen community was extremely important to him through entrepreneurship, friendships and shared life. Tapsa had an exceptional ability to combine his strategic vision with day-to-day work. Everything he did was marked by his endless curiosity towards life in all its wealth.
Tapsa’s set of values and infinite trust in people and our community are at the heart of our company’s values.
